One-to-One Music Lessons

In conjunction with the Music Department at Breckland School, we are delighted to share with you that we continue to have some experienced music teachers who come into school to offer private individual lessons.  All of these teachers have been visiting Breckland School for a number of years and many of our students have benefited from these one-to-one lessons. 

Lessons take place during the school day at a cost of £12.50 per 20-minute lesson.  Singing with Mrs Schofield is £13.00 per 20-minute lesson.

The teachers and the lessons they offer are below:

• Jon Beedle – Guitar
• Sarah Bowe – Brass & Woodwind Instruments and Piano
• Jeff Halpern – Drums
• Jenny Schofield – Singing

If your child is interested in taking one-to-one music lessons as detailed above, please contact finance@brecklandschool.co.uk.  Details of your interest will be sent onto the relevant music tutor for them to contact you directly to discuss your requirement.  Lesson timetables are arranged by the music teachers and are done on a rolling basis to ensure that students do not miss time from the same lesson every week whilst attending their music tuition.

Please note, if your child is a Pupil Premium student, funding for one-to-one music lessons may be available; music teachers will be notified of this entitlement, prior to them contacting you if this is applicable.

Lessons will be payable in advance.  Each individual music teacher will give you details of their payment system.
